Pre-Order Items

Some products, including our limited drop hoodies, are pre-order items. These products are manufactured after the pre-order period closes.

Estimated production time for pre-order items is typically 3–6 weeks before shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

Processing Time

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, typical delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays or high order volumes during launches.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Odie Supply Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, Odie Supply Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
