Return & Exchange Policy



At Odie Supply Co, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order.



Pre-Order Items



Many of our products, including hoodies, are made-to-order during limited pre-order drops. Because of this, pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed.


Please make sure to check the size chart before ordering.



Exchanges



If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.


To request an exchange, email us with:


  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item
  • A description of the issue




Apparel Returns (Non Pre-Order Items)



For regular (non pre-order) items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item:


  • Is unworn
  • Is unwashed
  • Has original tags attached
  • Is in original condition



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.



Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process depending on your bank.



Giveaway Entries



All purchases that qualify for giveaway entries are non-refundable once the giveaway period begins, as entries are issued at the time of purchase.
